“Unfortunately this was not a tour as we were promised. We reserved a private vespa tour with an English speaking tour guide. The operator communicated and confirmed with us in advance and arranged a taxi pickup for us at the cruise port which was quite convenient. Our taxi driver was wonderful and (after 30 mins car ride) upon arriving to the vespa (which was essentially a day rental) we learned the operator was not intending to give us a tour.
